  1. How do I search for a product?

    The top hand navigation bar lists all the product categories and filters further into each sub-category for a specific search. E.g, if you are looking for a Christmas item, just click on “Christmas".

    Alternatively, the “search” function is at the top right-hand corner on every page. Just type in any word describing what you are looking for and you will be shown a list of matches.

  2. How will I know if the product shown is really what it looks like?

    We have a clear image for each product – depicting full view.  It is important that you read the product description and comprehensive product fit information. If you are unsure, please email us.

  3. What will I receive in email updates?

    By joining our mailing list, you will be notified whenever there are new arrivals, promotion or other news related to us or our partners. We assure you that you will never receive more than 1 marketing message a week.

  4. I see a product but it is no longer available.

    We do re-stock certain products except for limited edition ones. If you like an item that is no longer in stock, you may email us to check on availability dates.

  5. How do I make payment?

    You may pay for your purchase with your credit card, Paypal account or via inter-bank transfer for international customers.

  6. I would like to modify my order after checkout.

    Any items added to the shopping cart can be easily removed as long as payment has not been made. We will suggest that you review and modify your items throughout your shopping experience with us. However, should you need to modify after checkout, please contact us for assistance.

  7. Has my order been shipped out?

    Once we receive your payment, we will ship your order. You will receive an email informing you of the shipment details. For customers in Cambodia, orders are sent via registered mail which should reach you in 3 business days. For international delivery, delivery timeline can take 5 to 14 days or more.

  8. What if the item I do not like?

    If you do not like the fit or color of your purchase, you may return or exchange it in accordance with our “Return Policy”. As long as you notify us within 7 calendar days of your intention, the return process is pretty much hassle-free.
